    I was asked to write a review but I haven’t really used the book yet, so can’t give much of one. That is why I didn’t put any stars. Hard to rate a cookbook! I did make the homemade taco seasoning the other night and it was good. Tasted just like store bought, perhaps even a bit spicy for me. However, I am a spice wimp!

    I have been put off by some of the recipes with the amount of coconut oil in some of them. Seems like a lot (1 cup in
